They’ve led initiatives across various industries, including healthcare, retail, and nonprofits, as well as tech, utilizing Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BigQuery, and the broader Google Marketing Platform.

Sara has worked with diverse clients throughout their career, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the Humane Society of the United States, Habitat for Humanity, American Eagle, USPS, Bright Horizons, and PBS. As a former Director and Analytics Consultant at Google Partner agencies, they helped clients build solid foundations in measurement through hygienic data collection and a clear purpose, with a focus on data privacy and consent. They developed new processes for various service models and worked to bring over 500 analytics implementations to life through integrations with Salesforce, AWS, Snowflake, and other platforms.

Sara specializes in optimizing campaigns for key metrics, including conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV), when marketing is the organization’s primary focus. They have tackled objectives such as multi-channel attribution, reducing funnel drop-off, boosting customer retention, and improving form completion rates. As a board member of the Digital Analytics Association, they led education and professional development initiatives and served on the Women in Analytics steering committee.
